First off, no Im not a fanboy. Theres things I dont agree with but will try out. CTF has evolved further then I expected. Now some of you will disagree with me but the new CTF promotes and rewards teamwork. Its not making the gametype easier. Itll however encourage people on random teams not to go Lone Wolf.
Griffball has also been upgraded to the state that it shoulve been at when it was created. To be able to bat the ball off the plate to the side or even backward promotes coordination. The moment you bat the ball, your team will be there to recieve and defend. Even the Sword has more of usage now other then killing.
I wasnt only watching the various videos to see the gameplay. I was watching to see if theres any incentive to win, to work hard, to promote teamwork and discourage the Lone Wolf playstyle. I was impressed with the answer I got.
AA’s I was watching closely. I still have my judgement about them but my question got answered today. To me, the AA’s have been balanced more with each map introduced. Hardlight Shield can be used efficently has a defense for guarding the flag carrier. AutoSentry can be used as a blind shooting around a corner or as some extra support when charging into an enemy base. PV could be used as an efficent way to get prepared for an opponent entering your base to grab the flag.
My opinion, AA’s are being more balanced to coordinate better teamwork in Halo 4. There nothing like they were in Reach.
Ill be putting Halo 3 back on my shelf.
As for Tactical and Support Packages, Im still keeping my judgement neutral.
