try hard quitting the game and restarting or even completely rebooting your xbox.
I had this issue yesterday as well, and after a hard reboot of the game everything showed back up.
Thanks for the advice but it didn’t work, will keep trying just in case
Try playing a match or two. I saw that happen to one of my friends last night and it showed the correct info after our next match.

It just isn’t connecting to the servers properly, it’s a buggy system. Hard restart your xbox, restart your router, whatever you need to do. If it doesn’t work give it a day or something. I’ve had countless similar issues but they fix themselves. I have at least 13 days game time and havent talked to anyone who hasn’t had these bugs, or who’s never went away.
Yh they fixed idk how but they did for a while until today again
