Warning: this is a general complaint post where my problem will probably be resolved soon so if you don’t care just leave.
anyways, my halo loot crate arrived early today (which is awesome btw) and I was super excited. I opened the crate and dig into all of the amazing contents. When I open my halo icons figure it is missing a leg. I immediately think "oh well the leg must’ve fallen off somewhere I will just super glue it. But no. The leg for the blue Spartan is litterally nowhere to be found. I’ve already sent a report to loot crate customer service but I am posting here bc I am sad 
also I’m putting what is inside the crate in a spoiler below for anyone interested. If you ordered the crate and want it to be a surprise don’t click the spoiler. This is your last warning.
Contents of the halo legendary loot crate:
Halo icons action figure. (Which is amazing besides the fact that mine is missing a -Yoinking!- leg)
mister chief plush doll (my personal favorite. Has a carabiner on top so you can clip it to stuff)
UNSC sweatshirt (looks super cool and is comfy. Has the UNSC eagle logo on the front and the words “fireteam Apollo” on the left arm. Master chief green color)
UNSC messenger bag. (Looks pretty cool. Currently using it to hold my spare Xbox controllers and other Xbox accesseries that I’m not currently using
fireteam Apollo logo pin. (I currently have it on my UNSC messenger bag)
And finally a folder with “classified information” (nice looking folder with notes from the leader of fireteam Apollo and an x-Ray diagram of the Spartan augmentations)
