My Halo 5 wont show my reqs or game data

i cant access my reqs or game data all day …any help out there

Try closing halo 5. If you don’t know how to do that, hold your Xbox power button on the console until it powers off. Power it back on in a minute and try then.

Same issue on my end and have power cycled played 3 rounds arena no boosts or req points went to firefight no love there either stuck no xp nothing

Try a hard reset, restart the game, load the main menu and get to access your reqs or the req store. You may get a retrieving data message which will turn into a red req system is unavailable message. That is because the req system is still loading, back out into the customization menu and wait a minute or two before going back into the req menu. It should load. A pain, I know but that is the only way I know to correct this. Btw this req loading issue happens Everytime I load the game.
