I would guess a decimal was missed in the UI display. 400% is probably either 4% or 40%.

The new dashboard has all sorts quirks and bugs. Took me a few days to get mine sorted out. Make sure you have the latest patches for the beta installed.

Also, go check bandwidth usage and see how much has installed to get an idea of where it actually is (settings>network>bandwidth usage)

Did you figure it out? If it’s still doing it, hard reset your console. It’ll keep the progress of the installation, but maybe it’ll correct the numbers.

You may have discovered the oddest glitch ever. Also, just curios, has the game taken up nearly 5 times as much storage?
