As of March 2553, Installation 03 is being researched and monitored by the Ivanoff research station and UNSC takes control of that Installation.

Halo 4 takes place on 2557. Maybe UNSC finds way to “move” Installation close to Requiem or something like that happens. That would explain why There is Halo ring in Halo 4 main menu.(Yes, it was officially leaked)
And every Halo ring have Flood, UNSC must accidentally release Flood at some point.

03-049 Abject Testament is Monitor of Installation 03, and he probably wants to fire it and gets mad when UNSC doesn’t help him.

What are those ships? Who owns those ships? Precursors? Ancient Humans? Something totally new? Those terminals have something to do with Halo 4, because 343i said, that terminals and books are connected to Halo 4.

Lol, officially leaked, oxymoron of the century. Though the halo 4 menu screen was just a placeholder.

I just give my theory. Those 2 things have something to do with Reclaimer Trilogy. No matter if there is connection between those two.

Well seeing as Requim is a Forerunner planet and the Halos are forerunner technology it would only make sense that they would have a Halo close to the planet for safety reasons,

That’s kind of ironic, considering Requiem is a shield world that’s supposed protect anyone encased inside of it from the firing of the halos.
