Logged on to play some Halo Monday to find that my Loadouts had reset. Again. Tweeted it to @HaloWaypoint and was asked if I had reported it here, so here I am. I did not play campaign before this happened. Not sure what other information you might need…
We are aware of this issue and are looking into it. If you can pass along any trends you’ve noticed with this issue that you’ve experienced, that would be extremely helpful.
Loadouts partially reset again Monday. I have no idea what might have triggered it. The only thing I can think of that I do more often than most is go into Theater. Today when I logged on my stance had been reset but my loadouts seem to be the same.

This has happened to me several times. I don’t really have much detail to add other than it seems to happen sometimes if it has been several weeks since the last time I played Halo 4.
Every time, it’s just my loadouts that are reset, except once. One time, my service tag, emblem, armor and color choices, and control settings were reset as well. Thankfully, all of the armor abilities, weapons, upgrades, and armor pieces and emblems that I had already unlocked remained unlocked, but every item was marked with a star, as if they had just been unlocked for the first time.
This is continuing to happen. Not all the time, but usually it will happen after I’ve played Halo 3, Halo:REACH, or Battlefield 4.
