When I was going through my service records I saw that my halo 3 record disappeared, does anyone know why or has this happened to anyone else?
are you using the same profile you played halo3 on? i know it sounds silly but alot of people change gamertags and that can sometimes mess things up

^ this. If you’ve changed your gamertag OP then your stats will still be linked to your old tag. Load up the game, while connected to Xbox Live, play some campaign or multiplayer and everything will sync up after a short while

If your service records gets cleared than that means you either have not been active or its something else, because mine got removed for not being active on the Halo 3 xbox 360 version.
