My Gamertag: let's discuss something

Hello people of Waypoint. I have a question to ask you:

Supposedly, I’ve been thinking of changing my GT to something else. I do have a couple of suggestions in mind but before I tell you those, I would like to see some suggestions from you.

So please-feel free to leave any suggestions. Or do you not want me to change my GT? Do you want me to keep it the same?

Please participate in the poll and discuss.

Oh and please keep the suggestions clean! I don’t want our banhammer wielding friends to get involved.

Many thanks.

EDIT: One of the only suggestions I have is Noble Mactashiv (Noble being a reference to NOBLE team)

I think you should leave it as is, but if you do change it it has to be better than your current one.

Do you have any suggestions?

Keep it the same, I see nothing wrong with it, once Schatten Blitze changed his name and I forgot who he was when he was posting.

If you do change it, change it to Mactavish, I always say your name like that.

I like your current gamertag. If you do change it, however, keep it similar, or else nobody will know it’s you.

Funny you should say that…

The GT was a spelling mistake from the start! This GT is because of my bad spelling! Then people started to call me Mac…

Whatever you do just make sure

  • It’s original
  • It will last
  • No X’s to separate words and whatnot
  • Try not to use a bunch of numbers

But I actually like Mactashiv, I’ve gotten used to not saying Mactavish.

I plan on NOT doing that

If I do change it, I will keep it similar-so people know it’s me. I had a problem when ofrihet changed his name to a fading sun…I will not make the same mistake.

My GT is like…marmite-either you love it or you hate it.

I agree with what The Greybeard said. And I will not give any suggestions (you probably wouldn’t like my suggestions, not because they’re bad but because they’re just WAY out there). Also, make sure that if you do change it, you like what you change it to. You’re the one that’s going to have to stick with it.

Just to add on, I changed my name to Swift Moa a few months ago, I regretted it hugely, massive waste of 1600 points to change to Swift Moa and then back to The Little Moa a few days later.

When you go to change it, double check you like it and have spelled everything correctly.

I remember that. yah, that didn’t last long. I think I still had my original GT then too.

Ω

I rather hear the ideas from you, than give you suggestions.

Nah, your gamertag is quite unique the way it is, and I like it!
