My game stats in Halo Waypoint have disappeared

I bought Halo CE Anniversary on launch day years ago. I managed to get all the achievements, all the skulls, all the terminals and all the analyzes that had to be carried out with Kinet.

I finished the campaign in Legendary solo. I only needed to finish it in legendary cooperative. These last few weeks I have been playing with a friend on legendary to finish it.

What has been my surprise that when entering today all my progress in the campaign has been lost. All cooperative missions have their records cleared. We only had the last mission to finish the game.

The worst has been when when I enter the Waypoint website and go to my HCEA record, I find that ALL MY DATA IS DELETED.
All the skulls, all the terminals, my record of finishing the legendary solo campaign, and having it all scanned. It has disappeared from the web. Except for the achievements.

All my progress has disappeared. Please I need someone to help me retrieve my records.

I add: On my Xbox One console, all terminals, registers and skulls are still unlocked. In local only all the progress of the campaign has disappeared, it is on the web where the record of EVERYTHING has disappeared.

Three days have passed and my statistics on Waypoint, and my game on Xbox, have not returned yet, does anyone really attend at any time on this site?

You said you bought it at launch, so obviously on 360.

Do you still have that console?

You might have some data stored locally on that console.

I just checked it on my old Xbox 360, all the progress made in the cooperative campaign in legendary, which I was doing last month with a friend, has disappeared. The first three missions are kept as completed only. The rest appear as unplayed.

In addition to the fact that all my unlocks and progress have disappeared from the Waypoint website, my statistics, except for the achievements, are not there, they have been erased because they are.

It possibly you overwrote your save information when switching from one platform to another with a save that didn’t sync properly.

I don’t think it’s possible to get it back, unfortunately.

The silver lining is that you discovered this now - before the 360 servers are sunset.
You have time to redo them.

What happened is strange to me. I did not change platforms at any time, and strangely sometimes in Waypoint it appears marked that I have 7 cooperative missions completed, when in fact I have 6. Three in legendary and three in heroic.

The correct thing would be for the entire campaign to appear in heroic co-op, and I would only have to complete the last mission in legendary. Although I worry about playing it because the statistics in Waypoint come and go.

343 should speak clearly about what is going to happen to the statistics on the web, know if they will disappear or will remain there forever.

You did change platforms - you said you started on 360, and recently were playing on Xbox One.

Again, your only hope here is to replay it all, and get it recorded fresh.
At least there’s time.

But I started playing on Xbox One and for a month the mission statistics were good, everything was saved and there was no problem, it happened overnight for no reason.
