my game keeps on saying 'content not installed'

i really want some help on figuring out why my second hand copy of mcc wont play the game that i installed from mcc

i would really appreciate the help

Is the game already installed?
Is that disc scratched?
Did the first copy get installed via your profile or someone else’s?
Sometimes, the xbox does have an issue booting a game and will go back to home screen.
If all else fails, try a reinstall?
