Can anyone help? I have disabled the new skins but this does not help. Every 10th game crashes. After ~3 hours of play I am bannes for several hours. This happens EVERY DAY I play. I can not play MCC longer than a few hours becaus I will be banned becaus of this sh**** ban system.
Any help why the game crashes?

Since you mentioned that you’re on Series X, my guess is that you are using the quick resume feature which is a known issue for causing MCC to crash. To stop it from happening, quit the application (MCC) each time you are done playing and re-launch it when you are ready to play again next. This was happening to me too and since I did that I don’t crash like I used to any more.

Sadly is doesn‘t help. The game keeps kicking me out of games from time to time…
When you say kicking you out, does it still crash the same way though? Because I still get kicked out of games too on the odd occasion, but it doesn’t crash like it used to before I stopped using quick resume. Also when it happens now I never incur a ban. I just restart MCC and I can queue up right away.
Yeah sorry man. The game doesnt crash; It just sets me back to the lobby. And when the game I was kicked off is finished I get my ban (5; 15; 30 mins etc…)
The bans are really annoyong…
That’s really strange and I’ve never heard it happening like that before. Honestly I don’t have any other suggestions as you said you’ve already turned off the new customization which is a good step. I guess maybe make sure that your MCC is up to date, otherwise I don’t know how else to help. I hope you get it figured out because I know how frustrating them bans can be.
