I popped in MCC to play Halo ODST with a couple a friends to do the Vidmaster achievement for the last level. Once the main title screen finally loaded up, the game prompted me to update the game, pushing accept the console took me to games&apps which then I was prompted to update the game. The size of the update was 19.8gb. Highly impossible since I have already Installed everything for the game. But what happened next is what irritated me, having no option but to continue the update I accepted to updating the game. 23% into the update, a pop up comes up saying that something went wrong with the update, which led the xbox uninstalling EVERYTHING MCC related, The base game, ODST, and everyone of the updates. I tried recovering it by reinstalling the game but now the game says that I’ve never played the game, all of progress was voided, my achievement progress was voided, and I no longer have access to ODST which I was given too for free by code. I then tried uninstalling it for the first time with consent, everything worked fine. Now I’m trying to reinstall the game and it wont go past 3% without a pop up saying “something went wrong while installing the game” Leaving me with no game at all. This seriously needs to be looked upon and resolved.
