So basically, my friend, no matter what I tell him, is convinced that after the events of Halo 3: ODST, the Rookie is drafted into the Spartan program and becomes Noble six. If you’d rather yell at him personally, this is him: REDACTED. He’s mostly inactive so he may or may not reply. Either way i’ll convey your answers to him IRL. Please help me explain to him why this is bat -Yoink- crazy. Also, he’s a good guy so maybe don’t be too rude. he has dyslexia and that may or may not contribute to this Bull -Yoink- theory

This is highly impossible for two reasons.

 • Halo 3: ODST takes place after Halo: Reach, so Noble Six is already dead before the Battle of New Mombasa takes place. - The Rookie dies in Halo: New Blood before Alpha-Nine become Spartan’s.

OP, calling out - especially divulging confidential information is not okay. I’d recommend removing those references immediately.

I can add nothing more. They are most definitely different people.

Additionally Spartan-III augmentations would have been impossible to perform on an adult
