Why do we not have a better in game forum to tell us what went wrong?

I was just now kicked from a game for Team killing when both TK’s were not my fault, first happened while I was in a ghost and a teammate in a scorpion shot me, I rolled up on a teammate because of this and it credited me with a TK, and about a minute late I was in a full charge with a ghost and a teammate stepped out in front and I TK’s him, he didn’t see me and I didn’t see him, it was just a fluke but game booted me anyway, really?
343 needs to acknolege that the Boot/ban system isnt perfect and honest mistakes can happen
