My fotus armor isn't showing up on Halo 5

So I played two years ago and used the code and had the fotus armor and after not playing for a year and half I don’t have it anymore but have all my other achievements and progress. Can’t someone please help!!!

For Halo 5, you need to get it in a gold Pack or the collector’s edition. Did you have the Collector’s edition? Maybe you never used the code
If you are referring to Halo 4? You need a hard drive.
