I haven’t played in a while so I hopped on to play a little matchmaking and noticed my flames are gone. I went to the chest armor where you go to select Bungie but the option is not there any longer. I still have my recon, and hyabussa armor as well as my kitana but I can’t choose the flames. Is there any way to get them back? Please help. Thanks!
Flames were given out to everyone for one day and after that they were removed. Basically there’s no way to get them back as none of us were really entitled to keep it in the first place.
With that said if you were one of the people to be gifted the flames prior to that then I would recommend getting in direct contact with 343 regarding it. Other than that I’m not really sure what else to suggest.

Well if you are lucky Halo 3 in the Master Chief collection may allow its use.

They were given out for a day to everyone on Xbox Live at the time, I think on Bungie Day or something. I remember it because almost everyone wore it. :I
As for getting in contact with them directly, the best you can hope for on here is to PM them via the forum. They do have their own individual email addresses but I don’t think they give them out very much for obvious reasons.

Aside from that you can always try contacting them via the @Halo twitter page, you’ll probably have to prove you’ve had for a while to them. Most likely they’ll ask someone from Bungie for confirmation or something. I dunno how the system would work.
