// Halo Insider Thoughts, Issue and Feedback
I will continue to update this the more I experience things. I’m honestly a bit afraid to play after my first ever blue screen of death on this pc…sheeesh
// Academy
- Weapon Drills -
Simple, helps train aim and helps learn weapons. But, thats about it. 343 would have to put more things into this to make it not repetive and something grindable. But, does it jobs as a training field simulation.
- Training Mode -
Way better then weapon drills in my opinion, the bots are really good and only set them on ODST difficulty it seems they learn over time so they might seem easy at first until they learn your playstyle. I haven’t tried spartan yet but is its harder then ODST then its going to be rough in a good way. The maps are really good had no issue with learning the layout and were everything is.
// Bugs
- UI Graphical Glitching -
When navigating in the settings menu in game. I noticed some green stripes and glitching when moving from section to section inside the settings menu.
- Blue screen of death & Your Account is not authorized to play -
My first time trying to load the bot mode the game gave me a blue screen of death and legit thought my computer was toast. But, it rebooted and finally was able to log back into my pc. I preceeded to hesitantly launch the game again but i’m not able to play getting the error message “Your Account is not authorized to play”.
- Audio Doesn’t Save -
I had my audio music and menu music off and closed the game and repopened it and the music was back on again like it didn’t save on game load even though in the setting the levels are at 0.
// Feedback
- Performance -
This could be improved, was hoping you guys had DLLS 2.0 technology in the game along with NVIDIA reflex too maybe this will be integrated down the line. But, overall a few hiccups with performance. I’m running an rtx 2060, ryzen 7 2700 and the game is on an ssd and find stuttering here and their like the game freezes for a second ect.
- UI -
When you unlock new items from battle-pass inside the armory there should be an icon over the kit that received a new item so you know where to look.
- Flitch Zoom Cancelling -
This is so annoying, when your in ads mode you get shot you instantly get booted from ads! this isn’t how modern shooters are please remove this.
- The Spartan Pistol -
This has crazy range please decrease the range on it it should only be effective from medium to close range. I have been killed by this weapon more then a sniper at sniper range.
// My Main Issues
- Hit Reg, Servers & Bullet Detection - This is a deal breaker for me, if this doesn’t get improved before launch will more then likely not be playing this game unfortunately. Its the most annoying feeling when your bullets aren’t counted and the enemy health isn’t decreased accordingly. Its annoying when your health goes to 10% from 3 bullets and you have to unload 20 just to get the enemy at 40% health.
