My feedback and personal opinions on the state of the multiplayer atm

Having played both flights and putting 23 hours in mp so far, this is my of feedback. I am not super up to date on if some of these things are subject to change already.

UI
You shouldn’t have to press esc to exit the game. Add a button for it.

Hard to tell what the categories do in armour customization because the pictures are so similar.

UI still looks like a placeholder.

It should be possible to just right-click on a players name to mute, report etc. Look at how CS:GO does it.

Loading screen is a bit dull. Replace with pictures from the map being loaded or a classic loading screen like in MCC.

Add zoom level value to all scopes. Sensitivity sliders for scopes are great but hard to tell which scope is which without e.g. a “6.0x” when scoped. I know it’s present on the Sniper Rifle but every weapon needs it.

REMOVE OUTLINES. Just add a small icon above teammates. Add a toggle for fixed team colors for people that need it.

Customization
Why can’t you have interchangeable pieces between cores? I want the Mark V B’s chest pouches but I don’t want the rest of the armour pieces.
There are a lot of cool armors but I can’t use the pieces as I want and it takes FOREVER to even aquire 1 shoulder pad.

Netcode(?)

I get meleed by people looking in a different direction.

I get killed in a second by people who just started shooting at me.
I get killed behind walls.

Bullets disappear sometimes.

Weapons

TTK (power weapons not included) is a bit high. Increase weapon damage slightly across the bord. Not Counter-Strike levels, not CoD levels, but a bit faster than they are now.

2 grenades at spawn is too much. Either nerf their blast radius or decrease to 1 or 0 at spawn.

Reduce spread on AR slightly

Hydra needs higher damage, faster projectile speed when locked on, faster lock on, better tracking.

Reduce recoil on commando

Change the stalker rifles crosshair to something more like the old beam rifles or covenant carbine. The current one is way too obstructive.

Increase stalker rifles damage. 1 hit headshot or 2 in body. It’s either that or turn it into a new DMR/carbine.

Gravity hammer needs faster swing and a smaller radius. It dominates on maps like recharge and you can’t kill the wielder before he sprints close enough.

Are all weapons projectile based? If so projectile speed needs a buff in velocity.

Rocket launchers blast radius is too large.

Why is the pulse carbine even in multiplayer? Slow projectiles, poor tracking, easy to overheat. Needs a red crosshair to track making it useless past a certain range. Not viable at all. Turn it into, or add, a plasma rifle that performs like Halo CE’s. Needs fast projectiles though.

Disruptor is weak.

Needler needs faster projectiles and longer lock on range.

Bulldog is really underwhelming still. Please remove the tracers, they look really bad. Might be low projectile velocity, not sure.

AUDIO

Often there is no audio from people shooting at me, even if they are 1m away. This includes footsteps, weapon sounds etc.
No sound effect when getting hit at all?

Vehicles

Wasp rockets imo need lock on on infantry and a higher velocity as well as increased damage from the cannons.

MISC

Remove countdown to start a search.

Let me choose server regions.

Radar is useless. Increase range to 25-30m and show if they are above or below.

Game CTD’s sometimes. Not sure why, haven’t seen a pattern.

Game takes alot of resources to play. Twitch, youtube etc in the background lags alot when playing.

Graphics still kind of underwhelming, not sure if this will change at launch or if mp has worse graphics for performance. Campaign graphics looks better in videos.

You should be able see battlepass and challenge progression in-game.

Lots of connection issues.

Loading in the battlepass in the menu takes a long time.

Choppers etc should be available in the bases in BTB, just have the pelicans fly them in to there.

Tone down the glare from weapons and remove it from non-power weapons.

Battlepass progression is grindy and unenjoyable. Earlier levels of the battle pass should be fast to achieve with progression getting slower the further you go.

Just add a separate rank/level outside of the BP like CoD does.
