my experience with 1v1s so far

Have been basically hide and seeks where the enemy player basically hides after getting one more kill then me until the time runs out.

What about you guys?

That’s what I do.

1 v 1’s in this game, in comparison to other HALO games, have been pretty slow from my experience. I guess it’s due to the fact that the opposing player can run, thrust, and slide all over the map and can be quite difficult to predict where your opponent will be even after a quick glance at his/her position via kill cam. In all honesty, this HALO game is much more forgiving towards mistakes in that if you get yourself in a tricky situation, you can use the attributes mentioned before to get away rather easily if you are just facing one opponent.

Yeah, people do that a lot in FFA. This game in general just makes it pointless to -Yoinks!- one’s individual skill

The reason people hide in this game in 1v1’s is because the golden rule is to never chase in halo.

Haha yeah HALO 5 FFA gives me migraines with all the bs that occurs throughout the course of the game. Which is unfortunate because it is by far my favorite playlist to play :frowning: (other than WARZONE).

Free for all. It doesn’t make me angry like warzone makes me angry. But free for all just internally kills my brain it makes me dead on the inside.

Yeah I’ve just started playing FFA for the first time.

After finishing my placement games I doubt very much I’ll be going back to it. It’s only about 40% skill based…the rest is camping and hiding - it’s truly pathetic
