My dream Halo 4 game type (Bounty)

The game type would be called bounty. It would be a free for all, but everyone is after a different player. The player that you’re after would be your target. While after your target you can’t harm anyone else except for the player that is after; however, you do not know whose after you. If you kill the player after you they’ll be assigned a different target, and some one else will will receive you as a target. After killing your target, you’ll also be assigned a different target. The game would take around 15-25 kills to win, and players would spawn with a sniper ,an energy sword, and promethean vision. Thanks for your time and let me know what you think.

not so great if you cant defend yourself from your assassin…

That’s a no-go on promethean vision, but other than that it’d be fun.

Yeah I didn’t state that directly, but I mentioned “If you kill the player after you…”

So you just copy and pasted a description of assassin creeds regular deathmatch?

LOL! That’s where I got the idea from, but I couldn’t recall the name of the game mode. I thought it’d be fun in halo and that that it deserved some publicity. :slight_smile:

I mean it could work… But try something like this. Every player is the exact same color and then you only have a sword, sprint, and thruster pack. Maybe active camo for stalking people. Part of it is everyone is supposed to blend together

If everyone is the same coloutr than how would u know who to kill?

Sounds like the assassin’s creed multiplayer to me. I have no problems with this whatsoever. I would really enjoy seeing this introduced to rumble pit (or even its own playlist). I won’t however, be too sad if it isn’t in the game.

Don’t worry it’s been in halo for years…it’s just assi.creed took the gametype and added alot of extras to it,that and changed its name.

The gametype I’m talking about is Assimilation from Halo CE.

Guys, so what if its like AC multiplayer? They are completely different games, you people are so uptight…

Anyway, I think its a great idea.

However, no PRO vision, and you should be able to kill your assassin. You should also have a faster run and jump, and rather than PRO vision, a small bout of active camo. But the Active camo should run out very quickly and have a terribly slow recharge rate…

I assume you only get points for killing your target?

You would probably get their gamertag in the top corner of your screen or something.

That sounds awesome! It’d bring something new and different to multiplayer. Kinda like a mix between Infection and Regicide.

Halo CE had that gametype option. You only got points for killing the player that had a waypoint on your screen. I’m pretty sure it was for teams, though.

Sounds like Assassin’s Creed meets Halo kind of gametype.

It would definitely fit well into Action Sack. It doesn’t sound as something that should be taken too seriously.

Never once played it. I don’t know why I remember.

Well that makes two of us…I tried finding a match for it but couldn’t…however I will always remember it…It probably would have been alot of fun for people playing it.
