My DLC won't work. Please Help!!!

I have recently downloaded the two most recent map packs as well as forge world and when I got to play them in custom games the maps won’t load and I keep getting the message ‘Player failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content’. I have re-downloaded them twice each now. I then tried to join an online game in the map pack playlist and after the voting the game just kicked me. I would just like to know why I cant play the map I received with my limited edition halo 4. It is very frustrating and I would love to play the maps as my mid semester break starts on Friday.

Try deleting them, deleting your Xbox 360’s cache, then redownloading the content.

I have tried everything you said but it is still giving me the same error message :frowning:

I came on here to see if anyone else was having the problem. It’s not recognizing my DLC either. I’m just guessing it’s a behind-the-scenes glitch for some users because it was working for me earlier tonight. Guess I’ll just reboot again tomorrow and hope it’s working then.

Maybe but I downloaded the Majestic map pack last week and it gave me the same error then as well. I just really want to play and this issue is making me very frustrated .

I’m having the same problem and am wondering if any staff member from 343 has even acknowledged the fact that this is a problem that many people are facing and that it needs to be fixed. If anyone here has found a solution to the problem I would be very glad to know what to do. Thanks in advance for any help that I get, and I hope that the problem gets fixed soon for the sake of anyone else who wants to play their DLC maps that they payed for.

Now regarding DLC, i recommend re-downloading it from you Download Queue. However, I think you aren’t the only members who have this problem. Several bugs and glitches have been floating around once Champion was released, so no worries.

I have seen people who have had this problem with other map packs, also re downloading does not work. We’re just frustrated that we can’t use things that we payed for and we were only looking for answers. Sorry if we broke the rules, it’s just that it’s getting annoying that this problem has been out there for a while and there have been no answers. If you could re-direct us somewhere where we could get answers that would be a big help.

Well, at this moment I do not see a thread about all DLC’s. PM the Administrators, they can help you out

dude i downloaded it but it seemed like it was all there but there is a missing dmr skins there should be 3 not 1 has anyone seen this
