"MY DLC IS MISSING" Fix thread PLEASE STICK!

So, after seeing the constant threads about how pre-order bonuses and specializations are missing, I thought it would be best if we just brief run down about what to do.

So you turn on your xbox and play Halo 4. Then to your horror, your pre-order armour, weapon skins and specializations are missing!!!

What do you do?

  • Rush to the internet to write up a thread about it?
  • Blame it on 343i, because at the end of the day, everything is their fault?
  • Throw a tantrum and say you’re leaving Halo to go play another game?

Woaw woaw woaw, let’s stop you right there cowboy.

All you need to do is the following, very complex and incredibly hard steps to get your dlc back:

Either

1.go back to the dashboard and reset the the game.

OR

2. Go to account settings > download history > redownload it all

Simple, now we honest to god don’t need another thread saying “my specializations are missing, 343 you suck!”

except clearing cache, deleting content, re downloading content, recovering profile and an hour long phone call to microsoft didnt fix the issue.

Oh I see what you did there, but I can’t being a free live member. Can only campaign and forge.
