(URGENT)
I bought the Halo 4 Limited Edition Console with the 2 controllers and there was supposed to be a DLC card in there that has 4 DLC codes on it with In-Game Fotus Amour, Emblem, Skins, Weapon Skins, Fotus Avatars, Crawler Avatars, I tore up the box searching everywhere and it is not in my box, I went to BestBuy to exchange for another one but there were no more left so I kept the console because there is no point of returning it because everyone is sold out so if I returned this, I would have to buy the regular but I want my DLC card and codes I am supposed to have, 343, Xbox, Microsoft, Please help me with this, My kids are very upset and I need these badly, I let my kids open it early for the Holiday, Please help me with the Halo 4 Fotus DLC in game gear.

Is someone in your family being held hostage by robot ninja assassins and you have to pay the ransome with the fotus dlc code?

Call Mircosoft and explain the situation - do not take ‘go to waypoinht forum’ as an answer as 343 do not post and would not likely help even if they do.
If no joy with that then take the console back to bestbuy and demand a refund as someone there likely stole your DLC card.
It’s in the copy of the game… The code for FOTUS and such says "In game skins, emblem plus male and female avatar FOTUS and Crawler Avatar Item.
You are lucky. I got my console arrive and I had the codes but the -Yoink!- Xbox itself was damaged (cracked right across). I sent it back and kept the codes just in case and then they told me that there were no more consoles available. Looked elsewhere and all I can now find is grossly overpriced ones. Talk about Xmas ripoff time.

if its in a shop you got it from go back and say i bought console etc etc etc and take the reciet, if its online email them and say
man just return the console and get another one
