All I have is the video of the planet spinning and music. I can’t get to any menus or anything. Just frozen. I’ve restarted my Xbox, taken the disc in/out several times. Anyone else getting nothing either? Please help.
Stick you disc in the freezer. Then wait 30 mins remove and reinsert. Good luck bro.

I saw this happen to a few others, you may need to reinstall but make that a last resort. Halo MCC Support forum may have a helping hand

I tried to “uninstall all” from the xbox storage settings menu, but it wouldn’t let me do anything.
this happened to me and i had to do about 3 hard resets (NOTE these need to be hard resets) to my Xbox there is a small bug in the install i think.
