Xbox.com’s friends list has been up for a while now.
It was down yesterday, which i think it stemmed from that, halo waypoint friends list is still down which is why CSR leader-boards don’t work, why it hasn’t been fixed since xbox has been fixed is beyond me.

The Halo Waypoint friends list is working fine for me, has been all day.

I guess you’re lucky, not working for me.
I have the same issue also sometimes. The Leaderboards are there one minute then I go back a couple minutes later and there gone completely with no reference to them, not even listed to click on them at all.
Sometimes I click on the Leaderboards and only get some information showing (can’t remember off hand what it says) and my friends and myself aren’t even listed.
This has been happening since the CSR was introduced.
