So here is the thing, I have been playing firefight and getting custom challenges for a day now. All of a sudden my credits stopped going into my total credits. For example I just played a grifball game to see if what would happen and I earned 2346 credits but when the game ended the credits showed uheaney then disappeared off my bar 
has this happened to anyone else? Is it possible I got banned somehow?

- How long you played before this started happening?
- Did you have a guest?
- If you had a guest, was he at any time (or yourself) in a game, but not getting any kills, in say, two games or so?
Ok so I’ve have been playing all gruntpocalypse and I haven’t signed in a guest at all. I’ve been playing and getting custom challenges for about 4 hours last night and around 3 hours today . I’m kinda new to this place and just found out about custom challenges yesterday is there a chance the those challenges can get me credit banned?
They shouldn’t, but people have been known to anyways. Is it possible you reached the Credit Limit? If you’re sure you’ve been banned, try posting here and someone should answer your questions.

It kinda sounds like you may have hit the Credit Cap, I have another question.
How big were the custom challenge credit payouts?

No I don’t think it’s the credit limit i have been keeping count and the payout were 10,000 each for 800 kills and 400 head shots.
Okay, since that’s the case, it’s probably just a glitch. I’ve never hear anything like that, but the way it’s functioning, it sounds like it’s just a glitch. I’m not 100% sure, but I hope that helps. One more thing, is your bar at the bottom where it tells you when you rank up, does that move whenever you get your credits?
During the game my credit total goes up for every kill I get and at the end of the game my credits earned goes into the total and it shows the bar moving but then like 10 seconds after that screen the credits and the bar go back to its originall state, it is as if the credits get withdrawn.

You have hit the credit cap, if you use Custom Challenges, the credit cap notification will NOT come up.
Are you playing Reach now? I’d try this, go into Forge, and blow up a vehicle, die 4-5 times and it will give you somewhere between 300-400 credits. Then tell me what happens, if the credits stay the same or if they disappear again.
I have only made around 60,000 credits today so far before this happened I am really sure it’s not the cap because I’ve have been hitting the 200,000 credit cap most days and keeping track on how much I have earned

I tried what you said I only made around 210 and it went in then disappeared again

It is the only plausible explanation, you aren’t banned and there isn’t a problem on 343i’s end causing your cR to go down, you are capped.

I’m going to have to go with The Little Moa, I had forgotten reports I heard of people hitting the cR Cap with custom challenges, and if you hit the Cap yesterday, then if it’s like being banned, you’ll probably have to wait 24 hours for everything to reset.

Allright thank you both so much for your help in the matter 
I’ll just wait it out I guess and if anyone can answer is it possible at all to get banned for doing custom challenges too much?
I’ve heard of people getting banned from hitting the cap with the Custom Challenges, so I’m going to say yes it’s possible.
