I’m still getting the game, most likely.
The way they’re introducing the campaign sounds awesome.
Spartan Ops sounds like a great way for the community to feel even more driven into Halo 4’s story and sounds nothing like COD’s Spec Ops.
Forerunner vision does not look through walls and sounds like an upgraded version of night vision in Halo 1, 3, and Reach.
Random weapon placement has been confirmed to be taken out of context.
I’m not too fond of the loadout and Spartan Points idea but then again we haven’t see all the details.
There’s still a chance that Elites, Firefight, and Forge could be in Halo 4. GameInformer only analyzes what they saw. Many changes to the game have been and will be taken to it before it is released.
Even with some of the sketchy new gameplay elements, we still have BR and DMR with hitscan which will satisfy Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo Reach players.
I think those who aren’t sure whether they should get it or not should just wait for more details to be released.
I believe there’s a good chance that 343 is doing a lot more to satisfy each aspect of the community than what has been shown.
