Quarantine Zone - 10G - Complete Quarantine Zone on any difficulty

Demon - 25G - Complete any level of Campaign on Normal of higher without dying
Blind Killer - 20G - Complete any level on Heroic or higher with the Blind skull on
…BADBMOTF! - 50G - Find the IWHBYD skull in the Campaign
For Honor! - 25G - On Heroic or Higher, kill the Heretic Leader using only Grenades or Melee
