I’ve just went to enter my code into steam to give me access to Halo Infinite multiplayer, but when I enter the code any click next, it says that it’s a duplicate code and is already in use on another steam account, what can I do about this?
Hang fire for a bit bud, a few others have reported this. Theres a delay in getting the flight kicked off so once theres an update on that all the updated codes will no doubt be sent out.
They were supposed to send the code in the evening (US Time Zone) where did you find the code?
Are you sure that you have not used an old code?

Hey OP - likely you’re looking at an old code from the MCC flight season 8, which is over.
the HI flight for this weekend has not be released yet. You’ll get a fresh code when it goes live.
Are you sure that this code is not a Halo MCC Season 8 code? As that flight has ended all codes for it have been revoked and trying to use them will give that message in Steam.
To my knowledge no Infinite codes have been distributed as of yet as the flight is currently on hold until 343 are able to deal with a technical issue.

99% he used an old code maybe the MCC Season 8 Code many here make this mistake and whine.
Same problem, for me, code was already used.

Just tossing it out there that I am experiencing the same issue of the code being already redeemed. Also, it is not an old MCC code.

Was invited to the last flight and never got to play it, still haven’t gotten my code for this flight yet, though my brother has on PC and has been able to play for the last 5 hours.

Having the same issue, got my code 4 hours ago and steam is saying it has already been redeemed. It’s for this Flight and not for the previous ones.

There was an issue with duplicate/invalid Steam keys earlier, resulting in codes having to be re-generated and published a few times. 343 have resolved this issue now and distributed new and working codes to everyone affected. If for any reason your new code still does not work, please file a support ticket on the Insider Support Site.
