the code I received for specializations did not work - told me it was already redeemed. This is bull - I only have wetwork and operator listed.
A week or two later, got an email from xbox live on my console stating I have yet to redeem my code (same one as above) - went to the site, and it tells me it was redeemed already.
I have a hard time believing your IT staff can’t fix a unique code generator / authentication system - your support staff is dropping the ball, and leaving tons of players like me out in the wind.
This is one of the worst designed promotions I’ve ever seen. Offer double XP, but drop the ball everywhere else and leave hundreds of players capped at level 70.

Only certain people were eligible before a certain date, It could be possible that the generator accidently gave you a used code, message someone of higher rank on the forums or see if there is a contact page, if not it is nothing to be too upset about, after some time in january I think, they will activate all specializations for everyone that never got them

Some peopel reported contacting Xbox Support could work. Sometimes, Xbox Support apologized and gave these people new codes.
from what i hear, microsoft send people to these forums for the code, then the forum mods just lock the threads
it was better just left alone i think, by giving out codes early to half the population, the other half are left off worse and likely leave being capped unfairly, which is very bad for the player fanbase of halo 4
and really have to get the act together, like the crimson map pacl trial cover i have heard of is just strange
i do consider myself lucky to have limited edition so im not caught up in this muck up to be fair
this happened to me as well i went to my download history and re-downloaded it and it worked
