This happened to me once and I thought the same thing. Just turn your Xbox on and off and I bet they’ll be there again. Also I checked my stats and they were all there, so it’s just some glitch with your game at that time, but should be fixed with on/off.

I don’t think so. As I understand it (and I could be wrong on this), the bans come if the system detects repeated resynchs. If this is the first occasion like you said, then you should be fine.
