Please help! I was in the Lost Cartographer in campaign and my guy died. I responded and could hear the sounds but my screen was completely black. I tried going back to the dashboard and even turned off my xbox. I can see the menu and when I hit start I see that. If anyone has any solutions please tell me!

I have had this happen before where the screen goes black.
To fix it at least for me all it took is switching the graphics.
