My brothers armour not confirming on Halo Reach XB

I am not sure what is going on but my brothers Halo reach customisation to pick his blue flames and haunted helmet etc it is not confirming the changes and he cant spin his spartan around on his profile on the xbox I can do it on mine all fine but he cant for some reason.

Any help would be very helpful and thank you :slight_smile:

When I am signed in it wont for him but when Iā€™m not signed on the same console it will work for to change armour etc
