My Bookmarks stuck on first page

I appreciate that we got an in-game file browser with yesterday’s update. It was something that should’ve been in from day one. But on to the topic at hand. Yesterday when I went to custom games, I tried to play maps that I had bookmarked previously. However, when trying to scroll to the next page of bookmarked maps/game modes, the UI only displayed the most recently bookmarked maps I had. It would not show ones that I had bookmarked in months past even though it said I had 97 results. I could only select the most recent ones even when I repeatedly hit right trigger to scroll through the pages. I’m not sure if this is an issue related to the servers or what, but could you look into this asap. Thanks!

I also have encountered this issue. In particular, it seems like the game thinks all the items are listed on one page, but only the first twelve are displayed. Interestingly, if I scroll down with the D-pad and press A, the menu for other bookmarked items comes up, suggesting they’re in the list, below the visible portion of the screen. It just seems like the UI isn’t correctly sorting the items in groups of 12.

In this, I press RT twice, and each time it increments the page number, but none of the content changes. I then move down to the bottom-left item, press A to bring up its details, and then B to dismiss it. Then I move down again, moving the selection rectangle off-screen, press A, and the details for an item not visible on the screen. I then press B to dismiss, and do this another couple of times to bring up another couple of unseen items’ details.

Thanks for the info. Glad to know the maps are still around somewhere, but 343 really needs to get its -Yoink- together and fix this. It’s not a silly little glitch that pops up intermittently. It is something important that is fundamentally broken with the file browser.

Same here. Just came across it myself. I question if anything is going to be done about it anytime soon. Or ever? I was just commenting how nice and complete this new file browser was, only to be slapped in the face with 343 reality. Ugh. Well, WAS planning on using it extensively for a private halo party tomorrow. Yeah, not so much now.

HOPEFULLY, 343 is paying attention.

Yeah, im haveing the same issues aswell. Cant play or find any of my bookmarked game types anymore other than the first page

Same issue. Even when viewing the bookmarks of other players only one page is generated.

I have the exact same problem anyone found a way to fix it?

Not that I know of though, 343 is allegedly looking into it.

I really hope they fix this soon ;-;

Just noticed this. The UI loads all the bookmarks on 1 page, while displaying 12. Switching pages does nothing. You have to scroll down off-screen and blindly click on bookmarks to find the one you want.

Just weighing in, I’m also experiencing this issue. I can’t navigate past the first page of files, despite the page number changing appropriately.

Any update on a fix? Having the same issue

This has been an issue for me - for over three months - and among those that I play customs with as well (changing lobby leader has no effect)

Basically, if you want to load maps, you have to D-Pad down and select them blind, then just go row-by-row until you find what you want.

You know what blows? If you accidentally select the wrong map/gametype - then you get to go blindly try to find the correct one all over…

This is a game-breaking fail.

It should be included in the next update, whenever that’s set to drop. I imagine sometime in the next 2 or 3 weeks, hopefully we will get more info this Friday in the weekly bulletin

Glad to hear it’s in the pipeline. We’ll hold ya to it. Cheers and thank you!
