So by now you probably have read the new roadmap and are taking in the information good and bad. And everyone will have thirty own opinions and that’s great. But i want to talk about something that want on the roadmap and it’s got me concerned.
Anti cheat.
The anti cheat is still terribly weak in infinite but we have no mention of it. We need a reporting system, but since that seems to be difficult, let’s go nuclear.
I want hardware bans.
Seriously. Its time. Cheating has gone down only because the pc population is dropping, not because arbiter is good.
I have 468 matches and haven’t seen any hackers. I have seen clips but I haven’t seen any hacking clips lately. Maybe when Last Man Standing comes they’ll spike again.

But i dont even think 343 has enough competent staff to do this
They cant even edit the Ui without breaking the game

At what point in this game’s collapse broke your leg, killed your cat, and/or destroyed your property in any way shape or form that would warrant a charge, jail or lawsuit?
Your profession is rooted in necessity, 343’s is rooted in amenities. There’s a stark contrast between basis of the comparisons, what goes into a game’s development to be is not the same as what goes into a house being built.
Halo Infinite if it fails at worst runs the risk of corrupting game saves, a house failing at worst could mean the death of anyone under its roof.
How are they even remotely comparable along the lines you compared them on?
