Overall I like what Halo 5 is shaping up to be. There’s a lot of negativity floating out there and its always the same argument about sprint. Personally, I think it works here but I don’t think there should be unlimited sprint. I like the abilities and the charge and ground pound, they’re fun and they’re not OP. I think the BR is really powerful when playing BR starts, either that, or the kill times are way too fast. Perhaps tweak it a bit to slow it done just a small fraction.
I really love breakout and have a blast playing on both those maps, it’s intense and requires some serious team work. I love Truth and Empire and think they’re very fun. I went 27-0 on Empire and got a perfection. The new remix maps I sort of dislike. Regret seems way too chaotic and the Hydra is some what difficult to use effectively. Maybe if the hydra was used in a bigger map with vehicles. Eden is okay, its just too dark sometimes and I have had trouble seeing both red and blue teams in certain spots because of the dark lighting. Overall, I think Halo 5 MP is shaping up to be an amazing Halo game and possibly one of my favorites.
A few things to fix would be limited sprint, tweak the remix maps, fix the party chat system because whenever I’m in a party it always sends me to game chat in the middle of the game and it annoys me. Include option to turn off spartan chatter even though I really like it. Fix the pink Spartans after the game ends. Fix the customization screen so it isn’t dark. Nerf the BR or fix kill times a bit. And I really hope we can customize our whole spartan and not just body armor and helmet.
