All my atn/spearbreaker dlc Phoenix logs have been locked for months as well as all Optional objectives, Bonus objectives, campaign logs progress for the 7 dlc missions. Even the phoenix logs for the 2 dlc maps are locked. Every time i unlock them again they just re lock after a little while. also the cutscenes ‘departures’ and ‘halt’ are locked. This glitch effected the base game and was patched eventually but this has gone on quite some time now and left a pretty bad taste in my mouth considering i paid for this content.
So the way to fix this is to reset your connection to Halo Waypoint for the game to see what content you have completed/unlocked and have it update the data again based on your progress.
The best way to do this is to actually uninstall the game, remove your xbox live profile from the xbox, clear your cache on the console (unplug the kit for 30 seconds), and then re-download the game, re-add the profile, and let the data sync from the cloud.
If you do not allow the data sync to happen, you will not get the content check to waypoint. Sometimes the data sync can get interrupted and that is when things will remain locked that you have completed.

gave it a shot but nope no luck. only thing i can think of is I redownloaded the dlc after the sync. I can try doing that first, but even those two cutscenes from the base game are still locked : /

Yes, however if the trend continues they will relock in a week or two. Unless those cutscenes being locked is a seperate glitch from the one eracing my dlc campaign progress and unlocks. (Strangly the atn cutscenes dont seem effected)
