That may be the Pathfinder skin, Predator. You get it for advancing in the Pathfinder Spec.
But I haven’t done pathfinder yet. I just started rogue.

Seconded, pics would help because while it sounds like it’s the Pathfinder Tiger skin you say you haven’t done that Spec so that means it may be a bug or glitch.

Rouge has skin for CC.
Put a picture up of the AR in your file share. I’ll take a look.
The assault rifle skin that’s blue with black tiger stripes is definitely from pathfinder.
Should be noted, that picture was taken before launch. The launch version of the skin puts the blue with tiger stripes on the top of the rifle, making it more visible.
Also, I have the skin. Its called Assault Rifle RPD(AR Predator).

Just checked you on waypoint, you definitely SHOULDN’T have it. That is indeed truely odd.
Rogue gives Covenant Carbine skin.
Weird, I’m at SR 128 and I received all the skins appropriate order based on specialization/dlc codes/ect.
Thinking you may of just got lucky with a bug =P

Rouge gives the covie carbine.
Pathfinder does the blue tiger AR.
pioneer is the plasma pistol.
Tracker is the boltshot skin.
wetworks is the DMR skin.
Operater is the magnum skin.
engineer is the supressor skin.
Stalker gives a redish skin on the BR.
if you got the LE edition you got the assault rifle prime skin.
Gamestop gave you the artic BR skin.
There is no storm rifle skin.
If you bought the LE console you got a light rifle skin.
Well now I know what Specialization I’m going to choose. The AR is my favorite weapon.
