My dead body (and the sniper shot that killed me along with the smoke) went back to base. I filmed from base as well, you just see a Spartan appear and instantly die, and fall backwards!

This has happened many times before and has also been showcased on Fails of the week at least twice.

Not original, but still a semi-rare instance.

i have had that happen to me three times, all in boneyard, 2 of them in the same game

Looks like someone thought it would be funny to start utilising Daedric Magic whilst driving that would explain why the Warthog toppled over and why you disappeared.

You were too busy chanting the spell whilst you were driving so you fell over and just before you did, your spell backfired and you were teleported to the Oblivion Realm of the Daedric Prince, Mehrunes Dagon.

Shame on you…
