So it’s been a couple weeks since i’ve last logged into Halo: 5 on Xbox/Halo Waypoint. I noticed I had lost my all-time top CSR on my Service Record within my profile. My highest rank was Platinum III. Is this a glitch or did they reset something?

It’s pretty unfortunate. I hope it’s not lost.
Similiar issues as my all time CSR is incorrect. It incorrectly displays Platinum 1 (TA) in the current season. My all time highest is Onyx in Pre-season. Been Diamond a few times too.
Mines been broken since November/December but 343i haven’t resolved it and to be completely honest I’d be very surprised if they ever do at this rate. Great they sold Halo 5 to me, but after-sales support is just as important if not more, yet 343i doesn’t appear to have any.

That’s odd. I feel like it’s inevitable this will happen to everyone. It’s a shame that 343i hasn’t done much with keeping Waypoint up to date.
i never had a problem
I had not had this problem until the most August rank reset…hope this gets fixed

It really is and at this rate it doesn’t look like they are going to anything about it. Not even acknowledge it which is sad. It now shows Diamond so it closer now though.
