My account won’t redeem any more codes

Waypoint support sent me to the forums, this is my issue…
I’ve been buying hot pockets for the 2xp and 3 challenge swaps, and all of the sudden after 19 codes, every single code I try just says

“WHOOPS!
Unable to redeem this code, please try again later.”

I know the codes are valid because I’ll try one, it will give me the error, but if I swap to an alt account or give that same code to a friend, it works no problem.

Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this?
6 of my 8 support tickets have been closed without so much as a response, and the other two told me to ask the distributor/retailer, even though I can confirm their codes work.

Just guessing but it might be a limit to the amount of redeemable codes per day.

I thought that maybe there was a monthly limit, as I was just doing one every day and at 19 it stopped, but the one rep that messaged me said there is absolutely no limit waypoint side, which I don’t think is accurate. New month didn’t allow me to redeem more either, so I’m waiting for 30 days in case it’s a rolling calendar
