I went into a war zone game lvl 40 and came out lvl 1. Signed in and out, restarted my xbox, restarted my router. Nothing I’m lvl 1. No reqs, no armor, no nothing. I played a few games at one because I like this game but I gained no xp or anything. Even after updates there are issues that annoy me. Like sometimes doing 90% of dmg to bosses and getting no points. I digress. Please help 343 I would like my hard earned stuff back please!!

Did you power cycle your xbox?
It’ll fix itself eventually. It happened to me in the past and it’s always fixed itself. Can be agitating nevertheless.
All data is stored on 343’s hard drives. Your console is simply having trouble hand shaking with it for whatever reason. Give it w couple of resets and if it doesn’t work call it day and try it tomorrow. The update just came out and theres often glitches on the first day while it all integrates.
Man, that would suck if it happened to any high level player, if that happened to me, I might be level 60-90 at this point.
As above OP all your profile info is safe , it hasn’t been wiped. Try hard resetting your console again, if that doesn’t work just give it a little bit and try again. There’s a lot of activity tonight so there’s going to be some up and downs with systems
OP, is this your main account? Because you have no Halo 5 history (or any other Halo game history, for that matter). Please note that creating multiple accounts on Waypoint is against forum rules.
update* so I can get onto my account now but on Xbox it still says lvl 1. 
I had to use my wifes ofline account to post last night because I could not sign onto this account for way point for some reason -.-
