My account got reset. PLZ HELP

This is not the account that is affected, i made this account for the sole purpose of posting this thread because i get an error when trying to post on my account, the account that got reset is: II prizmo II

Hey, my main rank which was 78 2 days ago is at 1 now, all my playlist ranks are gone and all my stats, campaign, arena, warzone are reset to zero. and i played a couple games and it didn’t add anything to my stats or add to the 10 placement matches, I also can’t look at my account on waypoint or post on the forums. All my armor, helmets, emblems and reqs are still there but in game i have the default armor (along with everyone else in the game) but still have my weapon skins. I am hoping this is just a server thing and hopefully it will fix itself but if anyone has suggestions on how to contact 343 about this please let me know. My GT is II prizmo II let me know if you can look at my halo 5 stats on waypoint

edit: can’t post on waypoint forums and can’t use warzone reqs even loadouts
edit: i’m playing against players way below my skill level, and my placement number never go up i play a game and it still says 10 to qualify

Can someone please help me. I talked with xbox support yesterday and got directed to these forums and i would love just a confirmation that you guys have recognized this problem on my other account.

Yes 3 days ago thats when it started for me too, as much as it sucks that you got this issue, its kind of a relief that im not the only one

Yeah Prizmo, i know how you feel.
One of my friends cannot acess the service record of halo 5 on waypoint too, but in game its all normal to him. I cant acess my profile, Halo 5 service record, inbox or spartan company, yet my Halo MCC service record is avialable and fine (WTH?). Just found out that im dragging ppl on my fireteam to the same hell as me. As soon as i joined a friend in WZ match his req became unavailable (endless retrieving data message).
Im using my father’s GT to post here and it works fine in game too.

343 we need some help here, pls! My GT is Grabac The Dark.

Same problem. I got reset to 1, two days ago and getting retrieving data. I would love for 343 to fix this. Halo is my number one game to play. I’m missing the gameplay right now.

Have you guys tried signing out of your Xbox live accounts? I had the exact same issue and I tried this I was able to get my account back with out it saying level 1 commendations 0. I hope this helps you guys out I know the frustration about the issue.

Kakashi, what do you mean by signing out from xbox live acc? Something like signing out from any device or site set to “keep me connected”?
So far i’ve tryed to remove Halo from HD and install it back, delete local save and sync back, removed my acc from my xbox, turning off xbox by holding the logo, port forwarding, DMZ and UPnP on the router. All with no results…

I am so glad to see I am not the only one.

This has to be a server issue. I have done all troubleshoots such as deleting my profile and reinstalling the game. I can’t even check my stats on halo waypoint. So I have to conclude it is a problem on 343’s side. They need to see that there are people having this issue and fix this right away. It’s been three days since this bug or whatever is, it has been preventing me from gaining experience, req points, and keeping my rank in arena.

Yea i have done all of that. I think we have to wait on 343 to do something but it sucks that posting on the forums is the only way for us to get any support from them. It would be nice of 343 to just say “we are looking into this”.

Yep just looked at your service record and got the same error i get on mine. and can you do me a favor and look at the Spartan Company: ( Heavenly Sword ) because i get the same problem detected error when i try to look at my spartan company. Im hoping my error is not dragging down my spartan company too

Prizmo, cant even search for your company (error page). Some ppl on my company got their records glitched on waypoint but not in game, while others didnt have any issues at all. Hope im not dragging down anyone on my spartan company too. Drag then on fireteam in game its already too much.

i doubt i will be rewarded with all the req packs (or pts) i could get during there days when the bug is fixed, not to mention the commendations i was working on… Its really frustrating.

yep i can’t even search for it either. im really hoping this gets fixed soon, i would really like to help my company get commendations and i kinda worried that if my company gets achilles armor before this gets fixed i’m gonna miss out, i still think it will be a couple weeks before we get achilles but i have no idea when this will get fixed

Well I had this same problem around a month and a half ago, I believe after a day or two it fixed itself, however, this time it’s been over three days and I still can’t access films (recent or bookmarked) any REQs my level or any unlocks (and I have a lot of them) I can play games (although warzone is pretty bad without any REQs, pistol and AR all game) and the blue bar under my level (progress bar that fills up as you get the level up) isn’t moving at all despite several consecutive wins etc, and then the diamond skill thing is no longer there either, others can’t see it but I’m still being matched as if it were there…which I don’t really care that much about…however I do care about replays, REQs and all my customizations, I’ve searched several different sites and I can’t find anyway to reliably fix/prevent this from occurring, waiting until it fixes itself is really the only thing to do when this happens?
