My 360 flames didn't transfer

all my DLC transferred over except my Flames. I know you can’t get NEW flames, but why can’t people who had then get them ported?

Now now I have to spend a million CR on lightning.

It’s in the store, just go the game hub and dig around a little bit, I got mine back.
I got my flames back in the glorious 15 FPS this emulation runs at.
