So I got a 2 minute cooldown ban for quitting breakout about 7 weeks ago.
Since then I have not been able to connect to a break out game. Every time I search for a Breakout game it times out and say not enough players to support the mode.
I know that is not true as I can enter any other multiplayer game mode with no issues at all.
I spend two hours on with Xbox support and they think the issue lies on the 343 servers. The game glitches when it checks the servers when I select breakout.
I also have deleted my local save, cleared the cache, and re-installed the game.
Here’s the biggest issue. Xbox says they are not 343 and can’t help me further, but 343 has no tech support only community forums. I have a broken game and there is no one to fix it and the problem is on 343’s end. This is a real issue. Will someone at 343 please HELP!!!
