I’ve noticed that in audio there is an option to mute your team but it doesn’t work any way I can fix this or is just a mistake made by 343?

Spartan Chatter disables automatic teammate callouts, a new toggleable feature in Halo 5: Guardians. If you’d like to mute actual players, please mute them on a match-by-match basis. You can do this by pulling up your Scoreboard and using the ‘Mute All’ feature by pressing the X button.
