Who’s stupid -Yoink- decided that not being able to mute people in the lobby was a good idea? Do you think I like hearing people chew their food or playing rap in the background? Is there some way to mute that I just haven’t figured out yet or do you really have to wait until the game starts?
Agree, an overhaul of the party system in general needs to happen in the next update
whenever i snap an app it mutes the game sound then when the game is about to start i unsnap and mute
Good lobbies is another feature that 343 does not know how to get right-funny enough it’s one of the things reach did perfectly.

I wouldn’t even call it a “lobby”…its just a load of crap emblems, heavy breathers, crying babies, ppl talking -Yoink-, playing loud music for no reason, and eating crisps…and for the crisp munchers, unplug your mic you dirty -Yoinks!-.
Have you tried opening the active roster (by pressing X), and then tabbing over to Recent Players (by pressing RB twice)? That’s where current players show up in the post-game lobby, and you can mute them from there; they may show up in the pre-game lobby, too.
