Mute isn't working for me... again

I can’t mute players, not even one. This is especially thriling with guys talking the whole game about how they’re currently streaming and sucking the -Yoink- out of halo, seriously i just had a “streamer” in my warzone assault game that got at the end of the match astonishing 3 kills as defender and just to note we lost. It isn’t enough that i have to lose a game because i get paired with some of the most stupid players in Halo history, no i gotta listen to them rambling about stuff i couldn’t care less about, like their dinner today, who they have over right now and whatnot. It is unbelieveable that this mute bug is occuring for the 3rd or 4th time in this year and i can’t find a single reason why it is not working except 343i did something to their servers again.

343i i wasn’t exactly thrilled with halo 5 as it is but with the amount of bugs and server crashes and errors i experience again and again i don’t think i’ll buy halo 6

Start a party of one and you won’t hear them anymore also switching to slow start on the xbox helps a ton

No hes talking about this bug where you can’t do that, and if it ever did show you muting someone the moment the score screen went down the person showed unmuted again.

Try a hard restart on your Xbox. (Holding the power button on your consul for 5 secs or so) Not sure why this bug pops up, but this usually fixes it.

Literally this is the only way to be sure you can avoid randoms talking in your ear.
Even then, had my party crash without my knowing today and was abruptly dealing with some -Yoink- yelling into his mic.

That sucks. Might have to reinstall.
