I’ve had this account for over 8 years and this is the first time I’ve ever been “banned” from a video game on Xbox Live. It really makes no sense. I only play with 2 people in this game and I’m always in Party Chat with them. Personally, I don’t care because Party Chat is the only way I talked to my friends anyway. But I can say that this ban was clearly wrong if I never talk in-game.
Mute/voice bans are controlled entirely by players. If a certain amount of people mute you in a small amount of time, you’ll receive a voice ban.
The game doesn’t detect if you’re in game chat, party chat, etc.
Same for me. Plus it would be nice it 343 would fix the issue with the bans and the DLC. I get voice banned, I can’t play dlc for the duration of the ban either. I’m getting really tired of this.
